Terms & Conditions — Script It Now

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Script It Now (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
Do not upload harmful code or misuse quotas, credits, or API access.

4. Subscriptions & Credits

Certain features require an active subscription which grants a monthly credit allotment according to the plan.
Credits are consumed per generation task; long‑form may consume more credits than short‑form, as disclosed in the app.
When a subscription ends and no active subscription remains, remaining credits and access to certain features may reset.

5. Billing & Refunds

Fees and currency are displayed at checkout. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
Except as required by law or expressly stated, fees are non‑refundable.
We may suspend or cancel access for non‑payment or chargeback.

6. Generated Content & Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use generated scripts and for ensuring compliance with laws and platform policies.
We do not guarantee that generated outputs are error‑free, unique, or suitable for any specific purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in and to the Service (excluding your content) are owned by us or our licensors.
You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Service.

8. API Keys

If you provide your own API keys, you authorize their use to generate your content within the Service.
Keys are stored encrypted. You remain responsible for your key usage and related provider charges.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or harmful activity.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits).

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Script It Now from claims arising out of your content, misuse of the Service, or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted in the app or on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
